REFUND & RETURN POLICY – DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products available on this store are digital products delivered electronically (including but not limited to files, graphics, templates, and downloadable resources).

No physical items will be shipped.

Once the purchase is completed, you will receive access to download your product immediately or via a provided link.

3. No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

Due to the intangible nature of digital products:

  • We do not accept returns
  • We do not offer exchanges
  • We do not accept order cancellations once the purchase is completed

All sales are considered final.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided under normal circumstances because:

  • Digital products cannot be returned
  • Once accessed or downloaded, the product cannot be “un-delivered”
  • We cannot verify whether the product has been used

5. Eligible Refund Cases (Exceptions)

  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once

If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.

  • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

7. Technical Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • They have the necessary software to open and use the files
  • They review the product description before purchasing

We are not responsible for incompatibility issues related to software, devices, or user skill level.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior contact:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the purchased files
  • We may provide proof of delivery and download access to the payment provider

We strongly encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.

9. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal Waiver

For customers located in the European Union:

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has begun, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse of digital products
  • Incorrect use or modification of files
  • Any results obtained from the use of our products
